Rebuilding your Life After
Loss
Starts here

Losing someone changes everything.

The future you imagined looks different. The person you used to be may feel unfamiliar. And while life around you keeps moving, you may be wondering how you're supposed to move forward.

You don't have to figure it out alone.

At Grieving Gracefully, I help people navigate life after loss with compassionate guidance, practical support, and a supportive community. Whether you're looking for a place to begin, ready for deeper support, or simply searching for someone who understands, you'll find support that's designed to meet you where you are.

Because moving forward isn't about leaving the person you love behind.

It's about learning to carry your grief while continuing to build a meaningful life—one step at a time.

If this feels familiar...

You miss the person you love every single day.

You feel like you've lost a part of yourself.

You're exhausted from pretending you're okay.

You wonder if what you're experiencing is normal.

Some days you feel like you're coping.

Other days, it feels like you're right back where you started.

You want life to feel meaningful again, but you're not sure where to begin.

You want to move forward, but you're afraid it means leaving them behind.

If you saw yourself in these words, I want you to know this:

There is nothing wrong with you.

Life after loss can feel overwhelming, confusing, and incredibly lonely. There is no right way to grieve, no timeline you have to follow, and no expectation that you should have everything figured out.

Wherever you are in your journey, you deserve support that meets you where you are, honours the person you love, and helps you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

You don't have to navigate life after loss alone.

WELCOME TO GRIEVING GRACEFULLY

Grieving Gracefully was created from both personal loss and the belief that no one should have to navigate life after loss alone.

After losing my dad in 2013 and my mom unexpectedly in 2022, I experienced firsthand how deeply loss can change every part of your life. It wasn't just about missing the people I loved. It was about learning how to live in a world that suddenly felt unfamiliar.

As I searched for support, I realized I wasn't looking for someone to fix my grief.

I was looking for someone who understood what I was going through.

Someone who could reassure me that what I was feeling was normal.

Someone who could help me believe that life could still hold purpose, joy, and meaning again.

When I couldn't find exactly what I needed, I created Grieving Gracefully.

A place where grief isn't rushed.

Where there are no timelines or expectations.

Where your loved one is never forgotten.

And where you're supported with compassion, practical guidance, and hope as you begin rebuilding your life after loss.

Whether you're taking your very first step or continuing your journey, you are welcome here.

Because life after loss isn't about leaving the person you love behind.

It's about learning to carry your grief while continuing to build a meaningful life.

Hi, I’m Kelly.

I'm a Certified Grief Coach, the founder of Grieving Gracefully, and someone who understands life after loss from both personal and professional experience.

After losing my dad in 2013 and my mom unexpectedly in 2022, I discovered just how much loss can change every part of your life. It wasn't only the heartbreak of losing the people I loved—it was learning how to move forward in a life that no longer looked the way I had imagined.

As I searched for support, I realized I wasn't looking for someone to tell me to "move on."

I wanted someone who would listen without judgment, understand what I was experiencing, and remind me that there was nothing wrong with the way I was grieving.

That experience inspired me to become a Certified Grief Coach and create Grieving Gracefully.

Today, my mission is to help others navigate life after loss with compassion, practical guidance, and hope. Whether you're feeling lost, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of what comes next, I'll meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you take your next step.

I believe your loved one will always be part of your story.

And I believe it's possible to honour them while continuing to build a meaningful life.

I'm so glad you're here.

You don't have to take my word for it.

One of the greatest privileges of my work is walking alongside people as they navigate life after loss. Every story is unique, and I'm grateful to be part of each person's journey.
